You can access RemoteApp using any modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge. To use RemoteApp with your browser, follow the steps below. Note: In order to use the service  from off campus, you must first connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).

  1. Go to apps.oit.pdx.edu in your internet browser.

  2. Enter your Odin account username and password.

  3. Select the Enterprise Applications folder, then select the application you want to access.

You can use Employee Virtual Desktop directly from the Start menu to access and launch applications quickly. To add Employee Virtual Desktop to your Start menu, complete this one-time setup procedure. Note: In order to use RemoteApp from off campus, you must first connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).

  1. Open the Start menu and search for remoteapp in the search box.

  2. Select Access Employee Virtual Desktop from the results that appear.

  3. In the Access Employee Virtual Desktop window, enter https://apps.oit.pdx.edu and select Next.

  4. On the Ready to set up the connection page, select Next.

  5. In the Windows Security pop-up window, enter your Odin account username and password.
    Note: If you are using a non-PSU computer, you will need to add psu\" in front of your Odin username.

  6. In the confirmation window that appears, select Finish.

Once you have added the Enterprise Applications Employee Virtual Desktop to your Start menu, you can use them by opening the Start menu and searching for the phrase PSU Enterprise Apps. The applications you've added will appear in your search results and can be launched by selecting your desired app and then entering your Odin account username and password when prompted. Note: In order to use RemoteApp from off campus, you must first connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
