Repair an Existing Telephone LineAny faculty or staff member can submit repair requests using the Phone or voicemail problem request form in the PSU Help Center. Contact Your Department’s Technology CoordinatorOrder Telecommunication ServicesContact your department’s Telecom Coordinator to request other telecommunication services. Your Telecom Coordinator will use the TC Service Desk in the PSU Help Center to submit requests on your behalf. Contact Your Department’s Technology CoordinatorVisit the List of Technology Coordinators to find contact information for your department’s Technology Coordinator. Become a Technology CoordinatorWhile most all departments designate at least one staff member to be their Telecom Coordinator, some groups designate a backup we recommend also designating a secondary/backup TC for when their your primary Technology Coordinator goes on vacation or is not available. To become a Technology Coordinator, send an email to help-tdc@pdx.edu including the following information:
