Access OnBase from a MacFollow the "Mac to PC" directions located at Remote Desktop Connection (RDC). For step 6, enter ts.imaging.pdx.edu as the computer name. For directions on how to open and use OnBase, refer to the instructions below.
Open the Unity ClientThe OnBase Unity Client is already installed on many PSU computers. To run it do the following: Open your Start menu. Select All Programs. Select Hyland. Select Unity Client.
If you do not have the Unity client installed on your PC computer, you may install it via self-service software. If you are using a Mac, you can access the OnBase Unity Client from the Employee Virtual desktop at apps.oit.pdx.edu. Search for DocumentsSelect Document Retrieval. Select Custom Queries. Custom Queries are a feature of OnBase that allows you to easily search for documents across various document type groups based on a common keyword. Select the Custom Query you want to run. Fill out the required fields (such as date range or PSU ID number) and press the Search button below.
Open DocumentsIf your query contains documents they will be listed in the top right side of the screen. Locate the document you want to open. Double click the document to open it.
