When you don't observe expected configuration changes in OnBase, a support angent may ask you to exit OnBase completely and then relaunch the application. Follow the steps below to exit and relaunch OnBase.

When the OnBase icon is no longer present in your system tray, relaunch the Unity Client. Your configuration changes should now be applied.
