Part-time faculty and staff may request a license by submitting an OAM Access Request (OAR). Other PSU-affiliated users who do not have a formal employee or student relationship with the university and who need access to Microsoft Office on a personal device to perform their PSU duties , may request a license by obtaining an Affiliate account, then submitting an OAM Access Request (OAR).
Alternatively, if an employee needs access to Microsoft Office 365 for personal use, they can visit the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program page to purchase a discounted subscription.
NOTE: Once you confirm eligibility by using your PSU email, a personal email is required to apply the discount. PSU accounts are not eligible for employee discounts.
Download the Software
Visit Go to the Microsoft account portal and sign in using your @pdx.edu email.
Select Work or school account.
Sign in using your Odin account.
Select Install Office, then select Other install options from the menu.
Select Install Office.
Follow the directions to complete the installation on your computer.
