Select GLOBAL MIC MUTE to mute all microphone inputs simultaneously. A flashing red mute button indicates that the source is muted.

Share Content to Zoom from the Podium

The main camera is mounted in the back of the room. If you would like to allow both your camera view and other content to be seen at the same time, there are two options.The first is to use the Share Content option. Remember to select the Zoom button on the Extron touch panel to duplicate the Zoom touch screen to the projector.

1. Select the desired input source (PC, DOC CAM, HDMI, VGA) on the Extron touch panel.

   1. If using the resident PC, sign in using your PSU credentials.

   2. If using a personal device, use the provided HDMI cable and plug in to the front of the podium. Note: If you need an adapter to connect to the HDMI cable, you can borrow one from the library checkout desk.

2. On the Zoom touch screen, select Share Content Podium.Select the Camera tab, then select Podium

3. On the popup dialog box, select “Share to Meeting”.

You will automatically begin sharing content. To stop sharing, select Stop Current Sharing.

The second option to allow both the main camera and another source to be seen is to use Multi-Camera Mode. When on, the input source is always shared to Zoom and seen as another camera/participant.
