  • Extron touch panel to control AV in the classroom

  • Zoom touch screen where you can manage Zoom functions

  • Zoom Display (optional) to view participants and shared content (located in the back of the classroom)

  • Two Podium PC Displays, one that can be shared to the projector and/or Zoom

  • Document Camera

    • There is a light switch on the head of the document camera to illuminate the desired surface

  • Classroom capture camera with full pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ)

  • Step mat camera control to automate camera movement

  • Installed microphones to capture audio throughout the room

  • Lavalier/clip-on microphone for Zoom and/or sound reinforcement

  • To use AV in an IAC classroom, select the System ON button located on the Extron touch panel.

  • Select the desired Projector Input (PC, DOC CAM, HDMI, VGA)

    • Note: If using Zoom, select the Zoom button to mirror the Zoom touch screen to the projector. The desired source input (PC, DOC CAM, HDMI, VGA) can still be selected.

  • To mute all AV in the room system, select the AV Mute button

  • Always remember to select System Off and confirm Power Down when finished using the system.

Select GLOBAL MIC MUTE to mute all microphone inputs simultaneously. A flashing red mute button indicates that the source is muted.
