Access OnBase from a Mac- Follow the "Mac to PC" directions located at Remote Desktop Connection - RDC.

Open the Unity ClientThe OnBase Unity Client is already installed on many PSU computers. To run it do the following: - Open your Start menu.
- Select All Programs.
- Select Hyland.
- Select Unity Client.
Install the Unity ClientIf you do not see the Unity client installed on your computer, you may install it by doing the following: - Open your Start menu.
- Select All Programs.
- Select Self-Service Software.
- From the list of available software, select which program you want to install.
- Select Run.
Search for documents- Select Document Retrieval.
- Select Custom Queries. Custom Queries are a feature of OnBase that allows you to easily search for documents across various document type groups based on a common keyword.
- Select the Custom Query you want to run.
- Fill out the required fields (such as date range or PSU ID number) and press the Search button below.
Open documentsIf your query contains documents they will be listed in the top right side of the screen. - Locate the document you want to view.
- Double click the document to open it.
