Troubleshoot Your Connection

Your access may have been blocked because of virus activity or a DMCA a DMCA violation. If so, your web browser will display a message with a ticket number and a reason you’ve been blocked. You should also receive an email notifying you about the problem.

To resolve this issue, contact the Help Desk and please contact the OIT Help Desk and provide the ticket number to our staff. The Help Desk employee will explain what steps must be taken to have your access restored.
