Advanced Option for Connecting to the PSU Wi-Fi Network

Info

If your device requires a root certificate, the GlobalSign Root CA certificate can be found at https://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/Root-R3.crt.

  1. Go to your device’s settings and select Wi-Fi.

  2. Select PSU Secure from the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

    1. If this is your first time connecting to a secure network, you will be asked to set a credential storage password. This can be whatever you want it to be.

  3. Enter the following. Depending on your device and operating system, some of these fields may not be required:

    • EAP Method: PEAP

    • Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2

    • CA Certificate: Use System Certificates

    • Domain: pdx.edu

    • Identity: YourOdinUsername

    • Anonymous identity: Leave blank

    • Wireless Password: YourOdinPassword

  4. Select Connect.

Resolve Connection Problems

If you're unable to connect to the PSU Secure network, try clearing your local cache and saved networks, especially PSU and PSU Guest.

When you have cleared out all other PSU wireless credentials, your device should always auto-join the PSU Secure network, and you won't need to sign in again.
