Banner is the university’s secure database that processes and stores administrative information such as enrollment, grades, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial aid.

Administrative access to Banner forms for data entry and querying is restricted to employees with job responsibilities requiring such access.

The best way to access Banner is through RemoteApp. RemoteApp is quick to set up, and allows you to run Banner through your favorite browser, or even from your Start Menu.

Using Internet Explorer, go to Banner and sign in using your Odin credentials.

  1. Using Safari, go to Banner for Macs.
  2. Select "Click to use Java."
  3. If prompted, select "Use every time."
  4. Sign in using your Odin credentials.
    • If the page doesn't load, press Command + R to reload.

University employees may request/modify Banner, Banweb or DataMASTER access by submitting a Role-Based Access Request (RBAR).
