Technology Coordinators help to ensure their department has access to OIT’s telecom and network services and equipment. Your Technology Coordinator can request services for your department, and has the fiscal authority to initiate and approve department expenditures that create one-time, recurring, or usage charges on University accounts.

Repair an Existing Telephone Line
Any faculty or staff member can submit repair requests using the Phone or voicemail problem request form in the PSU Help Center.
Order Telecommunication Services
Contact your department’s Technology Coordinator to request other telecommunication services. Your Technology Coordinator will use the TC Service Desk in the PSU Help Center to submit requests on your behalf.

Change, or Become a Technology Coordinator
We recommend all departments designate two TCs. This will allow your department to easily place requests when your primary Technology Coordinator goes on vacation or is not available.
