Use these instructions to create a new Jira Service Desk project. If you need to create a Jira Software or Jira Core issue, submit a ticket to the PMO. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to "Projects"
  2. Click "Create Project" 
  3. Decide which template to use
