The Chat Workspace
- Pane 1: Chat Management Pane
- This pane shows active chats and chat requests in the Agent’s queue. For Agents with permissions to chat with more than one visitor at a time, they can click back and forth between chats.
- Pane 2: Message Properties, URL Trail, Canned Responses, Link, Contact
- Pane 3 and 4: Agent Chat Window
- Pane 3 shows the chat in progress and Pane 4 is where the Agent types in text.
