The Chat Workspace

  1. Pane 1: Chat Management Pane
    1. This pane shows active chats and chat requests in the Agent’s queue.  For Agents with permissions to chat with more than one visitor at a time, they can click back and forth between chats.
  2. Pane 2: Message Properties, URL Trail, Canned Responses, Link, Contact
  3. Pane 3 and 4: Agent Chat Window
    1. Pane 3 shows the chat in progress and Pane 4 is where the Agent types in text.
