Systems Administration Support

  • Configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and access administration for Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management (JSM)

  • Configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and access administration for the Ivy.ai chatbot.

Technical Content Support

  • Copyediting, proofreading, and publishing for new and existing service offerings, standards, and blogs on the OIT website

  • Copyediting, proofreading, and publishing for new and existing support content in the PSU Help Center

  • Copyediting, proofreading, and distribution for new communications to the PSU community through MyEmma and the PSU Currently

  • Copyediting and proofreading for communications plans associated with new and existing OIT projects

  • Administrative support for the creation of new team Confluence wikis and access and permissions control for existing team wikis

  • Consultation and advice on knowledge management, content design and strategy, and information architecture for Confluence team wikis
