Foxit PDF Editor at PSU

Staff and faculty can now purchase Foxit PDF editor as a less expensive alternative to Adobe. It can be purchased through the ePSU marketplace from CDW.  This article walks you through the necessary steps.

Note: Employees of CLAS departments should reach out to CLAS IT for Foxit purchasing and installation.  They can be contacted at clas-support@pdx.edu.

Purchase from ePSU Marketplace

  1. Log in to the ePSU Marketplace.

  2. Select the vendor CDW.

  3. Select Software from the left side menu to view PSU Standard software.  Please reference the Foxit PDF editor here.  

Note: Foxit PDF editor is a 1 year subscription and will need to be renewed every year.

Request Installation of Foxit PDF editor

  1. On the PSU Help Center, complete the Software install request form.

  2. In the Application list, select Purchased from ePSU Marketplace.

  3. Enter the user and computer information.

  4. Attach a copy of your purchase confirmation that includes an alpha-numeric CDW order number.

Purchasers must maintain a record of their license ownership. It is the responsibility of the requestor to ensure that valid proof of license ownership has been provided for any software install, reinstall, or license transfer request.

  • If you are using a personal computer, you can download Foxit pdf editor from the email you received when it was purchased

  • Faculty and staff using OIT-managed systems can download Foxit pdf editor from Self-Service Software once the software installation request process has been completed.
