Purchase Software for PSU Department Computers

Software for University-owned computers is available through the ePSU Marketplace. An Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 license order can be placed by OIT for departments pay via pcard. Placing an Acrobat 2020 order can by requested by using the Software Install request form. Faculty and staff can work with their department’s purchasing agent to obtain a software license from CDW and then request installation through the Software install request form. Instructions for this two step process are listed below.

View a List of PSU Standard Titles and Purchase Software

  1. Log in to the ePSU Marketplace.

  2. Select the vendor CDW.

  3. Select Software from the left side menu to view PSU Standard software. 

Note Some titles, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, are not available through the ePSU Marketplace. You can request software titles that are not listed through the Software install request form.

Request Installation of Your Purchased Software

  1. On the PSU Help Center, complete the Software install request form.

  2. In the Application list, select Purchased from ePSU Marketplace.

  3. Enter the user and computer information.

  4. Attach a copy of your purchase confirmation that includes an alpha-numeric CDW order number.

Purchasers must maintain a record of their license ownership. It is the responsibility of the requestor to ensure that valid proof of license ownership has been provided for any software install, reinstall, or license transfer request.
