Log in to the PSU Help Center

The PSU Help Center, found at go.pdx.edu/help, is a central place for students, faculty, and staff to request IT services and search the IT knowledge base. 

Students, faculty, and staff have the option to sign up for an account that allows them to log in to the Help Center and view their open IT requests and request history.

Sign up for an account

To sign up for an account, follow these steps:

  1. Select Log in in the upper-right corner.

  2. On the Log in screen, select Sign up.

  3. On the Sign up screen, enter your @pdx.edu email address then select Send link.



    You will encounter a confirmation screen instructing you to check your email.


     


  4. You will receive an email with the subject Finish signing up to PSU Help Center. Select the Sign up button in the email to complete the sign up process. 




  5. On the Sign up screen, enter your full name and choose a password. Then select Sign up.


    You will now be able to use these credentials to log in to the PSU Help Center and check on the status of any requests that you make.
