Advocating for a service and process orientation across OIT
Assisting service offering managers with service definition & operation
Leading and participating in process analysis and improvement activities
Leading OIT’s cross-departmental collaborative IT Service Management Matrix Team
Convening, chairing, and participating in ITSM process owner working groups both standing/formal (such as the Change Control Working Group and Service Operation Working Group) and ad hoc/informal
Maintaining https://portlandstate.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CI
Onboarding and offboarding Technology Coordinators
Indy Johnson, in her 5% FTE role as OIT’s billing administrator, is also a member of the team.
