Printing to Departmental Printers
Faculty and Staff at PSU have access to printing through their department. There are several ways to print to a departmental copier or printer.
Printing from a PSU Owned and Managed Device
Many departmental printers and copiers are installed automatically on PSU-owned computers through our centralized management system.
To access the print queues that are already installed on your computer, search in Devices (in Settings on Windows) or Printers and Scanners (in System Preferences on macOS).
If you do not have any printers installed, follow the directions here:

Alternative Printing Methods
If you do not have a PSU owned and managed device assigned to you, you can still print to your department’s printers by using one of the following methods.
Many copiers and printers allow printing directly from a USB memory stick. To print from a memory stick, transfer the files that need to be printed to the memory stick, insert the memory stick into the Device’s USB port and print following the directions below.
Some departments may have PSU owned and managed devices available for temporary use. Ask your department if there is a computer you can use to print.
Access the Virtual Employee Remote Desktop and install your department’s print queue following the directions here: Install a Network Printer on a PSU-Owned Device
