Excel and Spreadsheet Basics

Length: 2 hours

Description: This workshop is intended for people who are new to Excel and Google Sheets and people who want to brush up on the basics of spreadsheets. It’s an introduction to spreadsheets.

Excel is Microsoft’s spreadsheet application and is a great tool for working with data, keeping lists and organizing items. In this free workshop we’ll open Excel, create a spreadsheet and go over the basics of Excel.

Excel: Introduction

Length: 2 hours

Description: Excel is a great tool for tracking projects, organizing data, and turning raw data into usable information. This free workshop will get beginners up to speed and also give Excel users some new tips and features.

In this free workshop we will explore Excel. This workshop is appropriate for people new to Excel and people who haven’t had time to really explore what Excel can do for them. An Excel workbook will be shared with attendees and used to practice the basic features of Excel.

Excel: Intermediate

Length: 2 hours

Description: This workshop is intended for people who know the basics of Excel.

In this free workshop an Excel workbook will be shared with participants and we’ll use this go over some exercises in Excel.

Excel Charts and Pivot Tables

Length: 1.5 hours

Description: This free workshop covers Microsoft Excel charts and the powerful Excel Pivot Table feature, which is used to organize, summarize, analyze lists of data. A general knowledge and experience of the basics of Excel is required.

During the last half hour, there will be time for questions and to go over your own workbooks, so bring your questions.
