When you don't see observe expected configuration changes in OnBase, a technician support angent may ask you to exit OnBase completely and then relaunch the application. Follow the steps below to exit and relaunch OnBase.
Exit and relaunch OnBase
Find the OnBase icon in your system tray. If the OnBase icon is not visible, select the up arrow in your system tray, then select the OnBase icon.
Right-click the OnBase icon, then select Exit OnBase.
When the OnBase icon is no longer present in your system tray, relaunch the Unity Client. Your configuration changes should now be applied.
