Some departments elect to configure their copiers to require user codes in order to print. If your office copier has user codes set up, any attempts to print to it without providing a user code will be rejected.

Note OIT does not set up user codes or assign them to individuals—that is your department's responsibility. If you don't know your user code, contact your departmental IT support representative, your department’s manager or office coordinator, or the vendor your department is leasing your copier from. Vendor contact information can be found on a sticker on the front of the device. |
