Repair an Existing Telephone Line

Any faculty or staff member can submit repair requests using the Phone or voicemail problem request form in the PSU Help Center.

Order Telecommunication Services

Contact your department’s Technology Coordinator to request other telecommunication services. Your Technology Coordinator will use the TC Service Desk in the PSU Help Center to submit requests on your behalf.

Change, or Become a Technology Coordinator

While We recommend all departments designate at least one staff member to be their Technology Coordinator, we recommend also designating a secondary/backup TC for two TCs. This will allow your department to easily place requests when your primary Technology Coordinator goes on vacation or is not available.

  • Name of your department head

  • Your department’s index codes

    It may take up to 15 business days after receipt of your request to have access granted. We recommend that you request a training session with us if you haven't performed these duties beforeare a new Technology Coordinator.
