Repair an Existing Telephone LineAny faculty or staff member can submit repair requests using the Phone or voicemail problem request form in the PSU Help Center. Order Telecommunication ServicesContact your department’s Technology Coordinator to request other telecommunication services. Your Technology Coordinator will use the TC Service Desk in the PSU Help Center to submit requests on your behalf. Contact Your Department’s Technology CoordinatorVisit the List of Technology Coordinators to find contact information for your department’s Technology Coordinator. Change, or Become a Technology CoordinatorWhile We recommend all departments designate at least one staff member to be their Technology Coordinator, we recommend also designating a secondary/backup TC for two TCs. This will allow your department to easily place requests when your primary Technology Coordinator goes on vacation or is not available. To designate, change, or become a Technology Coordinator, please fill out https://portlandstate.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/15/create/274. If you have questions please send an email to help-tdc@pdx.edu including the following information: Name of your department head It may take up to 15 business days after receipt of your request to have access granted. We recommend that you request a training session with us if you haven't performed these duties beforeare a new Technology Coordinator. |
