When you don't observe expected configuration changes in OnBase, a support agent may ask you to exit OnBase completely and then relaunch the application. Follow the steps below to exit and relaunch OnBase.

Exit and Relaunch OnBase

Identify the OnBase icon and select to open the context or pop-up menu

Select the “Exit OnBase” option

...

When the OnBase icon is no longer present in your system tray, open the Unity Client as you would normally. Your configuration changes should now be applied.
