When you don't observe expected configuration changes in OnBase, a support agent may ask you to exit OnBase completely and then relaunch the application. Follow the steps below to exit and relaunch OnBase.

Exit and Relaunch OnBase

  1. Find the OnBase icon in your system tray. If the OnBase icon is not visible, select the up arrow in your system tray, then select the OnBase icon.

  2. Identify the OnBase icon and select to open the context or pop-up menu

    1. Some methods to open the context menu are using the non-primary mouse button or tap and hold on a touch interface.

  3. Select the “Exit OnBase” option

  4. When the OnBase icon is no longer present in your system tray, open the Unity Client as you would normally. Your configuration changes should now be applied.
