You can use the RemoteApp service to access PSU Enterprise Applications such as CampusNexus CRM and OnBase either through your browser, or directly through your computer's Start menu. If you use Enterprise Applications frequently, we recommend that you access them using the Start menu method detailed below.

- In order to use RemoteApp from off campus, you must first connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Use RemoteApp with a browser
You can access RemoteApp using any modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge. To use RemoteApp with your browser, follow the steps below:
- Go to apps.oit.pdx.edu in your internet browser.
- Enter your Odin account username and password.
- Select the Enterprise Applications folder, then select the application you want to access.
- Your selected Enterprise Application will then launch.
Add RemoteApp to the Start menu
You can use RemoteApp directly from the Start menu to access and launch applications quickly. To add RemoteApp to your Start menu, complete this one-time setup procedure:
- Open the Start menu and search for
remoteapp
in the search box. - Select Access RemoteApp and desktops from the results that appear.
- In the Access RemoteApp and desktops window, enter your PSU email address and select Next.
- On the Ready to set up the connection page, select Next.
- In the Windows Security pop-up window, enter your Odin account username and password.
Note: If you are using a non-PSU computer, you will need to addpsu\"
in front of your Odin username. - In the confirmation window that appears, select Finish.
Use RemoteApp from the Start menu
Once you have added the Enterprise Applications RemoteApp to your Start menu, you can use them by opening the Start menu and searching for the phrase PSU Enterprise Apps
. The applications you've added will appear in your search results and can be launched by selecting your desired app and then entering your Odin account username and password when prompted.
