Portland State University students, staff, and faculty can purchase software for their personal computers from the University at a discounted price.
Some software is free; you just need to contact the Helpdesk for a product key. In other cases, you'll need to pay for the software and physically come to the Helpdesk. See the following table for more specific information.

When you come to the Helpdesk for installation, you'll fill out a form, which will be taken to the Cashier's Office in Student Financial Services, so the cost can be charged to your student account.
