Slate CRM Overview
Service Description
PSU uses Slate to receive, evaluate, and process applications for undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree admission. Additionally, PSU uses Slate as its enterprise-level CRM software to manage relationships with leads, prospective students and applicants, schedule tours, events, and appointments with admissions counselors.
Service Details
Slate provides end users the ability to customize multiple applications, including conditional logic and evaluation process flow.
Slate offers automated email communications, management and tracking interactions, reporting and data visualizations, and integration with other applications.

Request This Service
To request access, complete an OAM Access request at oam.pdx.edu.
Login to OAM at oam.pdx.edu
In the Employee Resources section, select Access Requests (OAR)
Select New Access Request Intake
Select New Access Request
In the "Select specific access by system section", select either Slate (Graduate) or Slate (Undergraduate) and click Next.
Check the checkbox beside the requested access selection
On the Consent page, click Next.
On the Confirm Selections page, list your specific job duties related to the requested access in the field provided and click Submit.
Once you have access, you can log in at apply.pdx.edu/manage.
