About the Team

Endpoint Engineering (EE) works closely with front-line support teams, TAGs, the Security Team, and other Technology Infrastructure teams to provide reliable and secure workstations and virtual desktop and app environments for PSU students and employees. The team focuses on technologies involving large-scale endpoint configuration management, OS and software deployment, cloud and on-prem virtualization for employees and students, vulnerability management, and endpoint detection and response.

Contact us

Routine short answer questions should be raised in EE’s Slack channel. However, support requests should be in the form of a ticket. Tickets from OIT and TAGs can be directly assigned to OIT EE. If you already have an end customer ticket, please create a separate linked ticket for EE.

We know you might have your favorite employee(s) to contact, but to provide team members with enough time to work on tasks and project work, please only directly contact the current POC, as shared each morning in the OIT Slack #general channel or through the OIT POC Schedule Calendar.
