Delete an Odin Account

Verify request comes from the IAM team.

Log into the admin interface for Atlassian.

Within the Portland State site:

1. Search for the user (by Odin and any aliases) in the Jira Service Management Portal customers list.

   1. If they exist, delete the account

2. Search for the user (by Odin and any aliases) in the User Management Users list.

   1. If they exist, delete the account

Within the Organization Directory:

1. Search for the user (by Odin and any aliases) in the Managed accounts list.

   1. If they exist, delete the account (you may want to refer to Atlassian's guide to Delete a managed account)

Resolve the subtask, notifying IAM that the user has been removed.
