You’re wanting to get your message out there, maybe it’s a software, maybe it’s a service or even a new technology lab; regardless what it is, there are a multitude of different ways to utilize the Department of Accessibility and Content’s (DAC) services or that of the University. Below is a list of services, links and what you’ll need for requesting them.

DAC Related Services

OIT Website

The OIT website can be a great resource not only for a website such as the Technology Procurement pages, but an excellent way to highlight a service like the Ellen Drake Weeks Laptop Scholarship. The OIT website is home to the Tech Talk: OIT Blog and the OIT Service Catalog. To seek services for either of those services reference the following links:

Tech Talk: The OIT Blog

The Tech Talk blog is a great way for OIT departments to submit a fun, concise blurb about a product, service, alert, etc. The blog is often used in conjunction with a Currently post or MyEmma email to act as an initial landing page of information that can direct the customer to a support article.

PSU Knowledge Bases (PSU KB)

Creating an article for the public and/or customers to reference can be helpful for teams looking to reduce the amount of traffic that they receive. An article can act as a great guide for customers to reference when they’re be helped, directed to potentially in other documentation or even referenced in their service offering pages.

University Communication (UCOMM) Services
