Time until changes go live

There is a chain of factors that influence when information is live. Note that this does not apply to other information, which is pulled directly from the directory.

  • Directory aggregations in Sailpoint (Runs every 15 minutes, average runtime of 30 seconds)

    • This immediately updates LDAP when the updated record is read

  • Directory API has caching to support paging, but it is currently turned off.

  • The www.pdx.edu site updates entries every 15 minute from the directory API
