The TSRS guide contains the information about University Financial Services' IT system, applications, and databases. The guide are separated into different sections:
Cognos BI System - The new PSU data warehouse and reporting system. The information here is specific for administration. For more general information, please go to UFS Cognos Information site.
Databases - The database systems used by University Financial Services.
External Web - The applications designed to serve on and off campus users. The applications are hosted on the PSU Unix server.
Google Sites - Google sites which are created by TSRS team.
Intranet Applications - The applications developed to serve UFS and other on campus users. The applications are hosted on the UFS Intranet Server.
Mike's Documents - The documents Mike Gostomski created before he left the job in July 2008. Although some information may be out-dated, they contains lots of useful information.
Routine Tasks - The routine tasks need to be performed by the analyst programmer periodically.
Scheduled Scripts - PHP scripts which are scheduled to run on UFS Intranet Server
