Foxit PDF Editor
In support of PSU’s response to digital accessibility, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) is offering a one-year pilot of Foxit PDF Editor to PSU employees at no cost to departments. At the conclusion of the pilot, OIT will return to our existing offering, providing Foxit licenses to departments as a pass-through cost.
You are invited to request a Foxit PDF Editor license at any time between now and March 15, 2027. Licenses will be distributed within two weeks of the request, and will expire at the end of the pilot program, unless renewed with the associated pass-through cost to departments.
Request a Foxit License
Complete the Software Install request form.
In the Application list, select Foxit PDF Editor+ — No Cost through March 2027.
Enter the user and computer information.
After you request a license, OIT will distribute Foxit PDF Editor to you within two weeks, with follow-up communications.
Follow the below steps to log in:
After you receive a notice that your license has been assigned:
Navigate to Foxit App Launcher
Select SSO Login and enter pdx.edu email
You will be redirected to a Microsoft Sign-In window → Enter pdx.edu email
You will be redirected to PSU SSO → login with your PSU credentials
Download Foxit PDF Editor
Foxit software is available for installation, if desired. We recommend using the Foxit App Launcher to access the browser-based version of Foxit.
If you are using a personal computer, you can download Foxit PDF Editor from the email you received when it was purchased.
Faculty and staff using PSU-owned systems can install Foxit PDF Editor from Self-Service Software.
