Portals

  1. Public Support Desk

    Anyone may request support for Odin, Duo, and other public services.

  2. IT Service Desk

    PSU employees may request support for technology services.

  3. PSU Support Desk

    PSU students and employees may request support for technology and other campus services.

  4. Faculty Support Desk

    PSU faculty and teaching staff may request teaching support.

  • Get General IT Support in PSU Support Desk

    Faculty, staff, and students may get support with general IT problems and questions.

  • Software Install in IT Service Desk

    Request software to be installed on desktop or laptop.

  • I Drive Access in IT Service Desk

    Request to add, remove, or change access to an I drive.

  • Get Odin Account Support in Public Support Desk

    Get help with Odin account access issues. If you need help resetting your Odin account password, please call 503-725-4357.
