To Use Previous Versions in Windows OS

1. Right-click Access the Properties the folder or network drive that contained the file you want to restore.
   For example, if the file you need to restore was located in your H drive, right-click on the drivefolder or use Alt + Enter with the folder selected.

2. From the menu, select Restore previous versions.

3. In the list of previous versions, choose the date and time you want to restore.

4. Select the appropriate button:

   • Open: View the version of the file you’ve selected.

   • Copy: Make a copy of the file or folder that you want to restore to a specific location on your computer.

   • Restore: Overwrite the current version with the previous version.
