Process: Finding out the Process for Fines and Fees

Guidelines:

  • Complete the Fines and Fees electronic form.
  • Fees additions or changes must be accompanied by a budget – showing expected revenues and expenses
  • Fee changes should be entered into the fines and fees database by an authorized individual and approved by the Dean/designee during annual fines and fees process
  • Fines and fees committee will have final approval of all fee changes
  • Fines and fees will be reviewed on an annual basis by the committee for ongoing appropriateness and need.
