If web pages aren’t loading properly for you, it may be due to an issue with your web browser's cache. The cache temporarily holds files from websites so they Your web browser saves information from websites you visit in its cache and cookies that help those websites save your data and load faster when you come back later return to the same page.

To get new files to load, follow the directions below to clear out the temporary saved files in the web browser you're using.

Chrome Instructions to Clear Cache

  1. At the top right, select the More icon (three vertical dots at top bar).

  2. Select Settings > Privacy and securityClear.

  3. From the Time range options, select All time.

  4. Select the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Select Clear data.

Firefox Instructions to Clear Cache

  1. At the top right, select the Menu button (three horizontal lines at top bar).

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, select Clear Data.

  4. In the Clear Data window, select the options Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.

  5. Select Clear.

Note

Another method for clearing cache in Firefox:

  1. Select the Menu button (three horizontal lines at top bar).

  2. Select History

  3. Select Clear Recent History.

  4. From the Time range to clear, select Everything, select Cache in the items list

  5. Select the OK button

Internet Explorer 11 and Internet Explorer 10 Instructions to Clear Cache

  1. Select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.

  2. Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.

Microsoft Edge Instructions to Clear Cache

    • For the best results set Time range to All time and select to delete at least Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

    • For the best results, set When to Everything and select at least Cookies and site data and Temporary cached files and pages.
