If web pages aren’t loading properly for you, it may be due to an issue with your web browser's cache. The cache temporarily holds files from websites so they load faster when you later return to the same page.
To get new files to load, follow the directions below to clear out the temporary saved files in the web browser you're using.
On this page:
Chrome Instructions to Clear Cache
At the top right, select the More icon (three vertical dots at top bar).
Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear.
From the Time range options, select All time.
Select the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Select Clear data.
Firefox Instructions to Clear Cache
At the top right, select the Menu button (three horizontal lines at top bar).
Select the Privacy & Security panel.
In the Cookies and Site Data section, select Clear Data.
In the Clear Data window, select the options Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
Select Clear.
Another method for clearing cache in Firefox:
Select the Menu button (three horizontal lines at top bar).
Select History
Select Clear Recent History.
From the Time range to clear, select Everything, select Cache in the items list
Select the OK button
Internet Explorer 11 and Internet Explorer 10 Instructions to Clear Cache
Select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.
Microsoft Edge Instructions to Clear Cache
Select the Hub icon (three horizontal lines at top bar) and select Settings.
Note: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete. By using this shortcut you may skip down to step 3.Select Cookies and site permissions.
Select Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Select Clear Now.
Safari Instructions to Clear Cache
In the Safari menu, select Settings.
In the window that appears, select the Privacy tab.
Select Manage Website Data
Select one or more websites, then select Remove or Remove All.
