Purchase a Supported PSU Computer
You can purchase supported computer hardware through the ePSU Marketplace. Please note that a variety of computers are available through the Marketplace, but only the computers listed in the PSU Computer Hardware Standards document are supported models. You can simplify your search by signing into the ePSU Marketplace and then following a few steps, depending on the type of computer you need.
If You Need a New Windows Computer
From the Welcome to the ePSU Marketplace screen, select Dell. A page on Dell’s store with the title Standard Configurations will open in a new browser window.
Select your desired computer from the list. Feel free to customize its configuration.
Once you have received the new hardware, create a support ticket by filling out a Hardware Support request form. OIT will work with you to make sure your new system(s) are fully managed, secure, and have the latest PSU applications installed.
If You Need a New Mac Computer
From the Welcome to the ePSU Marketplace screen, select Apple, Inc. A page on Apple’s store, with the title Apple Store for Education will open in a new browser window.
Select your desired computer from the list. Feel free to customize its configuration.
Once you have received the new hardware, create a support ticket by filling out a Hardware Support request form. OIT will work with you to make sure your new system(s) are fully managed, secure, and have the latest PSU applications installed.
Macs purchased from ePSU Marketplace are automatically enrolled in PSU’s Management software and will have a non-standard set-up
If You Choose to Purchase a Non-Standard Computer
Please note that non-standard computers purchased after September 1, 2019, will be subject to a $150 fee for each support request. This fee partially offsets the increased labor and time costs that OIT incurs when supporting a non-standard computer.
For more information regarding this fee, reference Support for Non-Standard Computers.
Make Volume or Specialized Purchases
If you have a volume purchase, or require a specialized system to be quoted at contract pricing, complete the Non-Standard Hardware Purchase request form. OIT will work with you to recommend a compatible system that suits your needs.
Purchase Computer Accessories and Monitors
Computer accessories such as mice, keyboards, docking stations, cables and adapters can be purchased through any vendor on the ePSU Marketplace.
If you need to purchase a monitor, we have a list of recommended displays available (PSU Odin account required to view this list).
