PDX.edu Support Overview
The content in this and related resources is intended for new and existing PDX.edu site owners and content creators. The PDX.edu system is a public-facing, visitor-focused, suite of sites used to promote Portland State University and its services. All PDX.edu sites are managed and created using pre-designed content blocks that follow brand identity and accessibility guidelines. Additionally, all content creators are required to follow brand identity guidelines as well as PSU’s Digital Accessibility, Digital Privacy, and Copyright policies, all of which follow applicable law.

Requests and Resources
Site Access - contact the applicable site owner to add, remove, or update user access to a site or Syndication
Support Request - request support for the technical use and management of your site. To report an error on a site, contact the site owner.
Siteimprove - this program offers a wealth of accessibility and quality assurance tools and information about your PDX.edu site. Access is automatically granted for all PDX.edu sites. You can use the “Group” drop-down to filter information for your specific site.

For now, edits can take up to one hour to display on your public-facing site. Following our recent hosting transition, accuracy is being prioritized over speed while we scope authentic editing usage.
